I'm so happy I've found Arise - Dr. Cortner is a wonderful asset to your spinal health. She is kind and open to listening to you. Within 2 adjustments I was able to move w/o pain and I know it's just going to keep on getting better. I even brought my kids in to get examed and have found that the issues they are feeling are directly related to their spinal health. Before you go to another doctor for your symptoms, consider Arise!

On the 5 star grading system Arise deserves a 10! Dr Caitlyn, Greg and Tiffany are amazing! They all three genuinely care about you and your health. She explains your xrays to you and then every adjustment on every visit. Greg and Tiffany explain the spine excercises thoroughly as they go through it with you on each visit as needed. I went to them and could barely walk. I jumped up into my truck that evening when I left and have been getting better every since. And it's not just my back they are helping. My entire movement is better! If there is one thing I would have done differently. It would have been to go see them before I hurt my back. Because a lot of what they do is teach you how to strengthen your spine and body.
